Men’s Pole Vault – Final
GB’s Steve Lewis has qualified for the final.

Women’s 4 x 400m – Round 1
Britain’s women will be looking to make the final where they may stand an outside chance at a Bronze.

Women’s Hammer Throw – Final
Sophie Hitchon qualified in 10th place with a new National Record of 71.98, but she was only 3 metres behind the longest throw, if everyone else has a bad day……

Men’s 4 x 100m Relay – Round 1
GB go in Heat 1 with the Jamaican’s, something would have to go wrong for the Brit’s to medal, but normally they are happy to drop the baton themselves.

Women’s 5000m – Final
Tirunesh Dibaba (ETH) goes for the double, this will almost certainly be between the Ethiopian’s and Kenyan’s. Julia Bleasdale and Jo Pavey will be hoping to be the best of the rest.

Women’s 4 x 100m Relay – Final
USA vs Jamaica
Prediction: Gold for the USA, Silver for Jamaica and Bronze for the Ukraine

Women’s 1500m – Final
Lisa Dobriskey and Laura Weightman both made the final, whilst neither are the fastest on paper, a slow race may open a door for Dobriskey and her fast finish.
Prediction: Bronze for Lisa Dobriskey

Men’s 4 x 400m Relay – Final
The British relay team desperately needs to pick up a medal in a relay to restore confidence and pride.
